As a global business, Integro receive a high volume of invoices from their suppliers that require payment in multiple currencies. Managing the accounts payable aspect of their business can also be challenging, given the various terms and conditions of their payees that they need to adhere to. In the past the team have also struggled to maintain consistency with pricing models and needed support in streamlining their internal processes.

Solution

We provide Integro with the full service offering of our outsourced finance department. We are now the main contact for all internal and external queries and have taken over control of the company phone and email lines of communication for all finance related matters. We have bridged the gap between the team and the suppliers that currently partner with the business, improving efficiency and overall communication for all. 

Outcomes: 

• We brought pricing models and terms and conditions in line for future suppliers, and worked with existing freelancers and small business partners to ensure we were meeting their expectations.
• We sourced and selected new payment systems, saving Integro time, money and stress across the whole business
• We took over the monthly invoicing process for all suppliers to ensure accuracy and consistency, ensuring payments were made on time in accordance with their terms, every month.
• Our presence now enables the internal teams to direct queries straight to us, freeing up their time to carry out their operational duties. 

We’ve partnered with Claire for the last 8 years to provide us with an in-house accounts solution. As a business with a low staff headcount but high volume of customers and suppliers, we’ve found the outsourced model that Claire provides to be the perfect solution for us.
